Execution and installation

We carry out the electromechanical erection and installation of complete steel plants for the main steel producers throughout America.

Our vast interdisciplinary experience has given us an integrated vision in the field, where we analyze the problems from a global perspective to find the solution that best fits, thus facilitating the decision-making of our clients.

Mechanical Erection

We have extensive experience in the mechanical erection of technological equipment and cranes, where we carry out everything from the logistical control of warehouse equipment, open inspections of technology packages, topographic surveys for verification of civil works and pre-assemblies, to lifting plans for large maneuvers, alignment and leveling of equipment, precise motor couplings and support in start-up and preparation of quality dossier.

Piping Erection

We carry out the assembly of water, grease and power pipes, among others, for head and ring networks, as well as tubing. We carry out on-site manufacturing, installation of valves and accessories and the performance of hydrostatic, pneumatic and sweeping tests. We have our own equipment to carry out the cleaning of power systems through stripping or oil flushing.

Electrical Erection

In addition to warehouse control and inspections of technological packages, we install equipment such as main transformers and switchboards, as well as assembling all medium and low voltage power lines from the trays to the cables and auxiliary services such as lighting, power outlets, fire protection systems and crane power supplies.
